TERMS

All material is guaranteed to be as specified and all work will be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications submitted and will be completed in a timely and workmanlike manner.   Any alterations or deviations from the proposed specifications involving extra costs will be executed only on written order and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.  All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.  Initial consultations are charged at a fixed rate of $100.00 plus an additional charge of $50.00 per hour for any necessary photography, room measurement and fabric sample selection, and a 50% deposit will be required at the time of sign-off on the final proposal.  Any paid consultation fees may be credited against future contracted work for up to one year following any payments.
